Reese is on the hunt in our Tennessee Tweet Dress.

Easter is my favorite holiday. When I was a little girl growing up in Tennessee, our Easter mornings always started with an egg hunt in the back yard; then it was off to church in our Sunday finest. I always got a new dress for Easter in a pretty pastel shade that made me feel like beautiful spring days were around the corner.

At church, the ladies always looked so beautiful in their dresses and the men were all in seersucker or white suits. There was a happy feeling of celebration. The grown-ups always made it special for the kids in Sunday school by planning a traditional Easter egg roll after the service.

After church, my grandma always had a big traditional Easter brunch with ham and biscuits and collard greens and fried okra. The grown-ups would laugh and tell stories ,while the kids would run around in our Easter clothes.

I hope your Easter is full of fun and memory-making.

XO,
