Brussels Sprouts dotted with pears and hazelnuts make a bountiful and flavorful Thanksgiving side dish. “You you fold the pears in during the last few minutes of roasting, so they are warm and fragrant, complementing the bitter Brussels sprouts wonderfully,” says Bailey Rae.
