The images and ideas that inspired our spring collection:

Lovely Lady The Draper James girl is polished, playful, and put-together, no matter the season. For spring we honored her Southern roots by taking style cues from a stash of vintage issues of Southern Living magazines Reese found when she moved in to her Nashville home.

Anchor’s Away Tonal blues and whites with shots of coral and red keep our early spring collection in ship shape. Dressed in our fresh take on nautical style, the Draper James girl is always ready to set sail.

Influential Interiors It was a sofa of all things that kicked off the color palette for our late spring styles. But this isn’t a common couch; it’s a signature piece (featuring a berry-colored floral print on a mint green background) from the grand and historic Greenbrier Resort, where we photographed our fall collection.

Garden Party The Draper James girl is as fresh as a daisy for spring. Our bird prints, delicate florals, leafy motifs, and an oversize dahlia print have her sipping sweet tea under a pergola or taking a boat ride along a nearby stream.

Principal Pieces Not to pick favorites, but when pressed, we admit we have a few leading candidates: a lovely long-sleeve romper in a pale blue flower print, Oxford shirts and lady coats with scallop trim, knit dresses to take you from coffee to cocktails, shirt dresses to take you from sunning poolside to shopping, and shorts that show how sporty and chic go hand in hand.
