DJ-Dressed: Matchy-Matchy

We designed our Sterling Stripe Tweed Tee to be super-flattering. Our secret: The contoured shape of the striped tweed panel on the front of the soft navy knit creates a slimming effect. Pair the tee with our matching Sterling Tweed Shorts for an all-over adorable look that we can’t get enough of—and apparently, neither can anyone else! See how Reese and two of our most favorite bloggers wore our head-to-toe Sterling Stripe.

Southern gals have long been drawn to a matchy-matchy look. Case in point: our founder herself, who modeled the top and shorts for our spring campaign photo shoot, pairing them with our Peabody Perforated Tote and Faded Pink Tortoise Sunglasses.

“I can’t get enough of coordinating separates!” says blogger Caroline Knapp of House of Harper, who posted this look on her blog.  “I love this casual combo from Draper James for brunching with friends or even running around with the boys. . .”

We love how Caroline paired the look with her black handbag and strappy tassel shoes.

Lauren Lefevre of Edit By Lauren wore this of-the-moment look to Reward Style’s blogger conference, rS the Con, at the Joule Hotel in downtown Dallas. “I’m loving the look of matching sets this season,” she says. This coordinated stripes outfit is a great example of how flattering and versatile wearing matching print and pattern can be.”

“This set is equally fab worn together or separate,” continues Lauren. “These shorts also look fantastic with a solid tank or off-the-shoulder top, and this top is so cute paired with white denim or boyfriend jeans. I would wear this look day to night, from a lunch and shopping with girlfriends to a backyard cookout or patio dinner.”
